How to order a gobo

METAL GOBO WITH YOUR ARTWORK

Proofs:

Choose if you need a proof for the gobo artwork. If you need a proof, please note that this process can take up to 3 days. Once your proof is ready, we will email the artwork to you for approval. We will not produce the gobo until the artwork is approved.

Copies:

Decide if you need copies of the original gobo you are creating. Many clients do not need a copy, but we give you the option.

Gobo Size:

Please tell us the size of the gobo or the lighting fixture you are using to project your image. This is very important to the ordering process. We cannot move forward without this information.

Upload Artwork:

Upload your artwork to the cart. We prefer files to be less than 12MB and no Word or CAD files.

Notes:

Please feel free to add any notes that may be needed to assist in the process.

Shipping:

The shipping time is determined based on your event date.  Proofs can take up to 3 days, production of the gobo takes 3 days and ground shipping can take up to 4 days depending on your location. If you have limited time you will need to choose express shipping.  You will be contacted if you choose ground shipping, and the timing of your order does not match.

Need By Date:

Please provide a date that the order is needed by, leaving plenty of time for your order to arrive before your event.

  • We provide up to 2 samples of artwork for you to choose from. Please review our sample catalog to choose your artwork. Place the 5-digit number in the artwork section and the 3-digit number for the font.
  • Provide the first names or individual letters depending on the gobo design.
  • Provide large letter if part of the gobo design.
  • Provide last name if part of the gobo design.
