There are no minimums required for orders placed on www.customgobo.com.
Customer agrees to pay for products purchased as outlined in the invoice. wesellcahuvet.com uses Paypal, Paypal Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe. Payment portal will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Contemporary Lights reserves the right to refuse any order.
All damaged merchandise must be reported within 2 days. If the package is damaged, the customer should sign for the shipment as “damaged” and make a claim with the carrier. If the package shows no obvious signs of damage but the merchandise is damaged when the box is opened, contact us at email@example.com and provide order number. The carrier is responsible for breakage in transit.
Custom gobos cannot be returned or refunded. This a custom product made only for an individual order or person.
No warranty is offered on a custom made product.
Do you stock the product?
All orders ship direct from Rosco and are subject to production time.
Do you provide International delivery?
We only ship orders in the United States.
Will you accept a PO for an order?
We do not accept purchase orders from schools and other institutions.
How do I return an item?
Custom gobos cannot be returned. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided with your order.
What are your Shipping options?
We currently use FEDEX for shipping.
